Presented by Dr Rick Lazar
This half day program will discuss current
concepts relating to crowns, bridges and veneers
as well as extensive cases and address the issues
involved in carrying out treatment to maximise
success. Dr Lazar is well known for his no
nonsense, “tell it like it is” style of lecturing and
presentation of tips, tricks and hints to help carry
out treatment. He will share his past experience
and knowledge on these topics.
The presentation will take a “down to earth”
practical approach and will be illustrated by
numerous examples and case studies.

About the Presenter:
Dr Rick Lazar is a prosthodontist in private
practise. He is also a part time clinical tutor and
lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the UWA
Dental School. He obtained his dental degree
from the University of Sydney in 1976 and a
MSc degree from the Eastman Dental Institute,
University of London in Restorative Dentistry
in 1980, and his MS degree in prosthodontics
from the University of Michigan in 1985. He has
extensive experience in the areas of restorative
treatment, both complex and simple treatment
and he has lectured throughout Australia in the
area of prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
He also conducts hands-on courses on implant
treatment. His current areas of interest are
aesthetic and implant dentistry.
