Ordering an ID card via www.myuhc.com
1. Login using your user name and password.
a. If you haven’t registered before click on register now.
b. You will need your member id # and group # 753914
2. Once you are logged in, you want to click on the link “Print ID Card”
3. You will have 2 options at this point you can request to “PRINT” or to “MAIL” the card. If you need a temporary
card please click on “Print”
4. Make sure you don’t have any pop up blockers on to allow the temporary card to generate. They will generate in
a PDF format.
5. Once the cards have loaded on your screen you want to click on them and right click on your mouse you will get
a box appear click on the print and it will allow you to print it to your printer.
If you see this box at the bottom of the cards you can also click on the printer and it will print the cards as well.
