School baseball stadium
Pregame events: 5:45 pm
First Pitch: 6:00 pm
The John Champe Knights take on the Kettle Run Cougars to raise pediatric cancer awareness!
Patient Ambassador Chris Orne, 4th grader from Little River Elementary School, will throw out the first pitch!
The Diamond Dreams games involve high school athletes throughout the DC
region to help create awareness about and raise much-needed funds to aid in the
battle against pediatric cancer. Money raised through the web-based fundraising
program Kyle’s Camp, and the Diamond Dreams games, goes directly to Children’s
National Medical Center in DC.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
JCHS baseball team members have JCHS Knights Crushing Cancer bracelets
available with a $5 or more donation. The bracelets are also available in the JCHS
school store, the Armory. Wear the bracelet to the Diamond Dreams game on April 29
and admission is ½ price at the gate! For more information contact Jayme Newell at
[email protected].
