If your club decides to handle any money for any reason: fundraisers, donations to an individual, group or organization, to purchase club supplies, etc., you should first contact the 4-H office for Financial Training. At the end of the year (by January 15th) you should submit your completed club treasurer’s record book (if you open a checking account) At the end of January/first of February you should also submit a list of your club officers, a list of anyone having perfect attendance at club meetings the year before and your next year’s meeting schedule to the 4-H office. Contact the 4-H office to receive your 4-H club roll and your 4-H enrollment forms for your club.
