NEGOTIATED CONTRACT Time Line Jan. – Aug. * Summer * Fall* Non-­‐Public Negotiations Public Campaign Fact Finding Testimony & briefs from UA & UVM resulting in a Fact-­‐
finding Report, following which the parties may accept or return to Mediation o r Bargaining. Otherwise, the matter is referred to the Vermont Labor Relations Board (VLRB) for final determination. Late Fall ** Vermont Labor Relations Board (VLRB) Will impose a settlement choosing to: 1) Accept UA's last best offer as submitted to the VLRB, or 2) Accept UVM's last best offer as submitted to the VLRB, or 3) impose the Fact Finder's recommendations. NOTE: The VLRB May not 'cherry pick' from among these three reports.
