Presentation - Perceptions

ACTIVITY
Rules:
 Stand in a circle
 A ball of string will be thrown which you should
try to catch
 You can run, move forward or backwards but stop
wherever you are once you catch the ball
 The person who catches, picks a chit from the
basket and answers the question
 Keep one end of the string in your hand then
throw the ball to your right if your answer is
correct or to the left if it is wrong
 The next person to catch the ball will pick a
question from the basket and answer. Again
that person should hold the string then toss it
to her right/left
 The people who have caught the ball once
should not try again (to give everyone a
chance)
 IMPORTANT: Please do not let go of the
string at any point during the game
 A web, a pattern is created
 Each one of you played an integral part in
creating the web, the design
 Each one of us is unique and important
 The string of ball was being
tossed and it was for anyone
who would try to catch it.
 Similarly, Allah (swt) gives
opportunity to everyone of
us.
 You were told to attempt
catching the ball only once.
But Allah (swt) does not put
limits to opportunity.
 Our answers determined which direction will
the ball roll. Similarly, our choices in life have
a far reaching effect on our environment and
the people around us.
 Systems made by man: like school, sports, etc.
suggest a spirit of competition.
 Whereas nature gives a different message.
Allah’s Message:
There is enough for everyone. No
one has to be a looser. We all are
different, unique and special
creations of Allah (swt). Every one
can win. We all have equal
opportunity to win this game of life.
