1st DAY: There was no change
1st DAY: Did not change much but bread
got stiff.
2nd Day: bread was a bit stiff, with no
change in taste
2nd Day: did not change much during the
day and got little stiff, also began to
change in color
3rd DAY: bread got stiff and inedible

got more stiff and brown. The smell of
bread disappeared

However home made is 100% fruit.
Home made fruit juice can supply us the

**In frozen potatoes there is high-rate of an
ingredient which is named “akrylamid”. If you
consume too many akrylamid you may have
obesity, arteriosclerosis and inflammation on
your skin. ,After the potatoes are fried in oil;
they are packaged in a cold temperature. This is
why they remain fresher than home-made
potatoes for a longer period.

A kilo of tomato sauce is produced
approximately out of 6 kilos of
tomatoe. This is called brixi. And if a
sauce isn’t produced at this ratio,
then the quality of sauce will not be
valid enough. If this ratio is lower,
then the quality and additivies must
be checked.

PIZZA
• There are some additives for artificial pizza
These are: Trans Fat , Pizza dough additives
yeast (Content : Diammonium phosphate ,
tricalcium phosphate , zing sulfate), Sodium
Sulfite
• Artificial pizza was cooked in 8 minutess, but
we cooked home made pizza in 25 minutes.
• Then we observed the change between home
made and artificial pizza.
• Home made pizza started staling first.
• We observed home made pizza got moldy
after 7 days, we saw black dots on it. But
artificial pizza got moldy after 15 days.

•Altough artificial products are much more tasty,
they can couse a lot of damages to our body. They
can affect our health in many means;

- Cancer
- Allergy

** Don’t forget everything made by man is much
