Writing for Wellbeing Woprkshops
Write your way to a more Positive outlook on Life!
What is Writing for Wellbeing about?
This is a form of creative writing that will
involve guided writing activities designed to
encourage personal growth, increased
mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing.
 There are proven health benefits from getting our thoughts and
feelings written down on paper
 Whether seeking a new perspective on difficult issues, or looking to
unleash your creative spirit, writing is good for you
 No previous writing experience is needed, only a willingness to
explore your own healing potential in a friendly environment.
 There will be no emphasis on writing correctly, or at all.
 You just write about / share what comes up for you... exploration,
freedom, inspiration. You choose whether to share, or not, it’s
completely up to you.
Each of the 6 sessions will have a different topic, and will involve a 10
minutes free writing piece from a given writing prompt.
