Bulletin Board: The End of the Year in Pictures

This is an end of the year board, Marquee style.
Basically…
use pictures taken over the course of the year,
post them on a board,
give residents an opportunity to create captions.
It's a good way to end the year because they see pictures they haven't seen since the
beginning of the year and get to look back on all the fun.
