Mother’s Day (Weekend) Run/Walk

We encourage you to assemble and participate as a team —with your family,
friends, co-workers, school, church, or neighborhood!
Assemble a minimum of 5 people and you have a team!
To register as a member of a team:






To register as a team member, each individual must complete their own registration.
Team members do not have to participate in the same events (ie. 5K Run, Fun Walk).
Register at www.cardv.org/runwalk.
Click on “Register Now.”
Select “Group/Team” on left navigation bar.
Find your team name and click “Join.” (If you cannot find your team, click “Create
new group/team” to register your team.)
 Team members must be registered by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 12th. Any registration
received after this time will not be counted towards the competition, but these
members can still participate in the events.
Participant fees:
 $25 - Early registration includes FREE* shirt.
 $30 - Day-of registration on May 13th, and does not include a T-shirt.
 $10 - Kid’s Registration (under 8 years of age) includes participation ribbon, snacks
and FREE* shirt. (Day-of registration for kids is $10.)
* Must register before 11:59pm, Sunday, April 16, 2017 to get FREE shirt. Registrations received after midnight on
Sunday, April 16th do not include a free shirt. Shirts available for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis on May 13th.
Other ways to support your Team:
1. Become a Virtual Runner
Virtual Runners count towards your team. They will receive
a shirt*, but no bib number.
2. Make a Donation
Create a Fundraising Team and help survivors even more.
Team members, family & friends can all contribute.
