THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY BY LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY AND
WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND
LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A
PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL
RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL
RESPECTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal United States residents, who are
eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible
to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and
Marvel Entertainment, LLC (“Marvel”), Fandango Media, LLC, Fandango Loyalty Solutions,
LLC (Fandango Media, LLC and Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC herein collectively
“Fandango”) as well as their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies,
participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion
agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this
Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse,
parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same
households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least
three (3) months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion).
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (“CT”) on
March 6, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on June 10, 2017 (“Promotion Period”). NOTE:
The Groot Level 3 - Movie Premiere Trip Prize will be randomly awarded prior to March 20,
2017 and provided that Level 3 has been unlocked as described in Section 3C(i)a. The
computer of Sponsor's Web master is the official time-keeping device of the Promotion.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
A. Create an Account: During the Promotion Period, visit www.Doritos.com (“Web Site”), look
for the Promotion mention, and follow the online instructions to create a Promotion account
(“Account”). By registering for the Promotion, you are opting in to receive communications
relating to the Promotion.
B. Collect Entries: Collect entries by obtaining and entering Bag Codes.
i. Obtain Bag Codes: There are two (2) ways to obtain Bag Codes as outlined below.
(a) Purchase any specially-marked DORITOS® bag and look for a unique ten (10)-digit
alphanumeric code located on the back panel of the bag (each a “Bag Code”), while
supplies last. See below for a list of participating specially-marked products and
their corresponding Code values.

(b) To receive a Bag Code (worth four [4] entries) without making a purchase, send a
3" x 5" card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and
email address, to be received by June 5, 2017, to: DORITOS® “Guardians of the
Galaxy: Vol. 2” Promotion Bag Code Request, PO Box 760041, Dept. 876-758, El
Paso, TX 88576-0041. The Bag Code will be emailed to the email address listed on
the 3” x 5” card and is good for four (4) entries. Participant may request as many
free Bag Codes as he/she wishes, however, limit one (1) free Bag Code request per
stamped-outer envelope.
(c) In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to distribute Bag
Codes at various times throughout the Promotion Period through additional means
which may include, but not be limited to, getting a Bag Code from media units or by
signing up for Snack Perks. If any part of the Bag Code is counterfeited, or if the
Bag Code comes from other games or promotions, or if any part is illegible,
mutilated, or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing,
typographical, mechanical or other errors, the Bag Code, as applicable, will be
rejected and will be deemed void and invalid.
ii. Enter Bag Codes online for entries: Visit the Web Site (www.Doritos.com) and follow
the on-screen instructions to sign in (once you have already created an Account). Enter
Bag Code(s) where indicated. Your Account will be immediately credited with the
corresponding number of entries per Bag Code as outlined above. Limit twenty-five
Bag Code submissions per day. A “day” is defined as each twenty-four (24) hour time
period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. CT;
except the first day of the Promotion Period which is defined as beginning 12:00:00
p.m. CT and ending 11:59:59 p.m. CT of the same day.
C. Use or Bank Entry(ies): Next, choose to (i) use an entry to play for a chance to win a prize
(subject to verification) or (ii) bank the entry(ies) and save for use at a later time during the
Promotion Period. Entries collected and/or used for this Promotion are not eligible for any
other Promotion.
i. Submit a Play: At the Web Site, choose your guardian, “Star-Lord”, “Gamora”, “Drax
the Destroyer”, “Groot” or “Rocket” (each a “Guardian”). Next, follow the instructions to
designate one (1) entry to play for a chance to win a prize (each a “Play”). Each time
you submit a Play, one (1) entry will be automatically deducted from your Account. You
may change your Guardian as often as you wish. Each entry can only be used one (1)
time throughout the Promotion Period for a Play. If your computer screen displays a
prize-winning message, you are a potential winner of the indicated prize (subject to
verification). If your computer screen does not display a prize-winning message, you
are not a winner of a prize. Limit one (1) entry per Play.
(a) Unlock Prize Levels: For the first (4) Four Plays you submit, you will be playing for
a chance to win a Level 1 Prize. Once you submit (4) Four Plays (regardless of
your Guardian selection), you unlock Prize Level 2. From Plays (5) Five through
(12) Twelve that you submit, you can choose to submit a Play for a chance to win
either a Level 1 or Level 2 Prize. Once you submit (12) Twelve Plays (regardless of
your Guardian or Level selection), you unlock Prize Level 3. Once you’ve unlocked
Level 2 and/or Level 3, you will be required to select a Level and/or Guardian (as
applicable) to identify which prize pool you are playing for prior to submitted a Play.
See Section #4 for Prize Details.
During the Promotion Period, randomly-selected times (for each Prize Level and/or
Prize Pool) will be chosen by an independent judging organization (the “Judges”), and
the first entrant who completes a Play in accordance with these Official Rules (whose
Play is properly received and recorded by administrator's computer(s) on or
immediately after a randomly selected time during the Promotion Period) will win a
prize (subject to verification). All Plays must be properly received and recorded by
Sponsor's computer within the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to win a prize.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Plays received and the order
in which they are received per Prize Level/Prize Pool.
No other form of submitting a Play is valid.
Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. A potential winner may be
requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of
the email address associated with the winning Play and/or an eligible entrant. Entrants
may not register/enter with multiple email addresses, nor may entrants use any other
device or artifice to register/enter under multiple identities. Any entrant who attempts to
enter with multiple email addresses or accounts under multiple identities will be
disqualified and forfeits any prize won, in Sponsor's sole discretion.
ii. Bank Entry(ies): If you do not wish to submit a Play, entry(ies) will remain in your
Account. Any entries remaining in an entrant’s Account at the end of the Promotion
Period will be forfeited without compensation. Entries have no cash value.

his/her guest must be in possession of a valid 5-year passport and must have a minimum of
90 days validity for the duration of the trip; associated costs are solely the responsibility of the

prior to booking trip. Winner must give at least 60 days’ notice prior to their requested
departure date. Blackout dates include December 10 through January 5 annually, and peak

Music Festival Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend
Lollapalooza in Chicago, Illinois scheduled to occur August 3, 2017 through August 6, 2017.
Travel Dates: August 3, 2017 – August 7, 2017. Trip includes round-trip coach air
transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, two (2) 4-day
General Admission tickets to Lollapalooza, and $300.00 spending money. ARV: $3,000.00.
Winner may take a cash alternative of $2,400.00 in lieu of the trip prize.
Gamora Level 3 Prizes:
Ninja Warrior Experience Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend a
live taping of American Ninja Warrior in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tentative travel expected to
occur for two (2) consecutive nights between June 19, 2017 and June 24, 2017. Trip includes
round-trip coach air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2)
nights, and two (2) tickets to live taping of American Ninja Warrior. Winner (only) also receives
ninja warrior classes for one month at a location near winner’s residence, and $300.00

Legacy Effects Experience Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend
the Legacy Effects tour in Los Angeles, California. Tentative travel expected to occur before

accommodations for two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to the Legacy Effects tour, and $300.00

Groot Level 3 Prizes:
Movie Premiere Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend the movie
premiere of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation,
double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to the movie
premiere of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and $300.00 spending money. Exact location,
travel dates and movie premiere date will be determined at a later date, by Marvel, in Marvel’s
sole discretion. Tentative travel dates expected to occur in mid-April 2017 and are subject to
change. Additional information will be provided at the time the prize is awarded. ARV:
$2,000.00. Winner may take a cash alternative of $1,600.00 in lieu of the trip prize.
Tree House Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to Cave Junction,
Oregon. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2017. Trip includes round-trip coach air
transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at OutNAbout Tree
House, and $300.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used
towards outdoor activities. ARV: $1,500.00. Winner may take a cash alternative of $1,200.00

Rocket Level 3 Prizes:
Sideshow Collectible Tour Prize (1): Trip for winner to attend the Slideshow Collectible Tour
in Los Angeles, California. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation, single-occupancy
hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, a tour of the Sideshow facilities in Thousand Oaks,
California (including a meet and greet with Sideshow artists and a swag bag of Sideshow
memorabilia), and $300.00 spending money. Artists subject to availability. Swag bag contents
to be determined at a later date, in prize provider’s sole discretion. Trip must be completed
between August 2017 and January 2018 during regular business hours (Monday through
Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time). ARV: $2,000.00. Winner may take a cash
alternative of $1,600.00 in lieu of the trip prize.
Las Vegas Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for
four (4) nights, ground transportation (via limousine) to and from airport and hotel, and
$250.00 spending money. While in Las Vegas, winner and guest will receive the opportunity
to visit Marvel S.T.A.T.I.O.N and Star Journey, admission to Madame Tussauds to see Marvel
heroes, a night out at LIGHT by Cirque du Soleil, and access to the spa area (whirlpool,
sauna, steam, fitness center, showers, pool and relaxation lounge) for one (1) day (treatments
and services not included) at the MGM Hotel. Travel must be completed within 12 months of
award date. ARV: $5,200.00. Winner must give at least 60 days’ notice prior to their requested
departure date. Blackout dates include Christmas, Easter and summer holidays (as
determined by travel agency, in its sole discretion).
Drax the Destroyer Level 3 Prizes:
San Francisco Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to San Francisco,
California. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation, double-occupancy hotel
accommodations for four (4) nights, and ground transportation to and home airport and hotel.
While in San Francisco, winner and guest will receive a tour of Alcatraz prison, a Twilight
cruise under the Golden Gate Bridge, $200.00 (for winner only) to spend in a 70’s-themed
music store, and admission to the world-famous Morrison Planetarium in Golden Gate Park.
Travel must be completed within 12 months of award date. ARV: $4,700.00. Winner must give
at least 60 days’ notice prior to their requested departure date. Blackout dates include
Christmas, Easter and summer holidays (as determined by travel agency, in its sole
discretion).
Legacy Effects Experience Prize (1): Trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend

spending money. ARV: $2,000.00. Winner may take a cash alternative of $1,600.00 in lieu of
the trip prize.
Applicable to all Level 3 Trip Prizes: No alternative travel dates are available other than as
stated above. Spending money awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner (only). Air
transportation consists of round-trip coach air transportation to/from a major airport nearest
winner’s home to the destination city. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground
transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one hundred fifty (150)
miles from destination city. Event dates (as applicable) subject to availability and change. All
travel is subject to availability, change, blackout periods, government restrictions and
regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of
transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes
no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related activities
(including, but not limited to airline flights) beyond its control. In the event winner and/or the
guest miss a scheduled airline flight (through no fault of Sponsor or due to Force Majeure),
Sponsor will have no liability for any costs associated with changing or rebooking
transportation. Winner and guest (as applicable) must have all necessary identification and/or
travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel and must
travel on same itinerary. Any minor guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or NE) must be
accompanied at all times by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Winner
and/or guest must abide by all venue policies. Guest (or his/her parent or legal guardian if
minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to prize-award date. Actual
value may depend on city/date/time of departure.
*Applicable to Level 1 Movie Ticket Prizes: Each winner will receive a Fandango
Promotional Code via text or online valid for one (1) movie ticket ($15.00 per ticket, up to
$15.00 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 at
Fandango partner theaters in the U.S. Fandango Promotional Code must be redeemed by
July 16, 2017 and is void if not redeemed by the expiration date. Only valid for purchase of
movie ticket made at www.fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed
directly at any Fandango partner theater box office. If lost, cannot be replaced. No
reproductions will be accepted. No cash value. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in
U.S. and valid for one-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If movie ticket
with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Fandango
Promotional Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie
ticket purchased and maximum value of the Fandango Promotional Code will not be

For all prizes: Winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and
awarded to an alternate winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not
be awarded. Total ARV of all Prizes is $281,588.00. Limit one (1) Level 3 Prize per
person/household; and limit ten (10) Prizes (total combined from Level 1 Prizes and
Level 2 Prizes) per person/household.
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Sponsor and its agencies are not
responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete,
unintelligible or undelivered mail or Bag Code Requests or Bag Codes. No liability or
responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from entrant's
participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion or ability or inability to upload or
download any information in connection with the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is
assumed by the Sponsor or the Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical
malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the
operation of the Promotion: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable,
satellite, network, electronic or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication
problems; errors or limitations of any Internet providers, servers, hosts or other providers;
garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or
received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in
whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized
human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without
limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any
aspect of the Promotion, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of the
Web Site used in connection with the Promotion. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are
responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which
may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading of entries, submission of
Plays, the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data
contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and Promotion
Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind
which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer resulting from participation
in the Promotion. In the event of an identity dispute, entry will be considered made by the
registered owner of the email address associated with the account used for entry. “Registered
owner” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet
access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for
assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will receive prize claim instructions via email
at the email address associated with their Account. All prize claims are subject to verification
and compliance with these Official Rules. Winners may be required to complete, sign and
return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within
seven (7) days of prize notification as indicated on the Affidavit. Neither Sponsor nor
Promotion Parties are responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless or online service
which may result in a potential winner not receiving any prize notification. Neither Sponsor nor
Promotion Parties are responsible for any change in a participant's email address, phone
number, and/or mailing address. If (i) an attempted notification or a prize is returned as
undeliverable, (ii) winner does not respond to the prize-claim instructions as stated within the
prize-winning message, (iii) any required documents are not returned within the required
number of days, (iv) a potential winner cannot be verified, or (v) a potential winner is
otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the applicable prize will be forfeited and may
be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes won by an eligible
participant who is a minor in his or her state of residence may be awarded to a minor’s parent
or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents, if any. As applicable,
prizes will be shipped within eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks of winner verification.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants (and their
parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors) agree to release Sponsor and Promotion
Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's
participation in the Promotion. By accepting any prize, recipients (and their parent(s)/legal
guardian(s) if entrants are minors) (a) agree that Sponsor and Promotion Parties, participating
retailers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents
will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability
for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part,
directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse
or use of any prize or any element thereof, and (b) grant (and agree to confirm grant in writing
promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority, the right to
use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical
information at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in
any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without
review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion or
a prize is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition
beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”). No more than stated number of prizes will be
awarded. In the event that production, seeding, printing or any other reasons cause more
than stated number of prizes, set forth in these Official Rules, to be available and/or claimed,
Sponsor reserves right to award only the stated number of prizes. Screen shots are not proof
of winning status.
8. BAG CODE DISCLAIMER: Bag Codes are void if not obtained through authorized,
legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged,
counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Bag Codes contain or are the result
of printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other errors, or do not contain proper
security devices. Sole liability for a regular official Bag Code is limited to replacement with a
free randomly selected official Bag Code, while supplies last. Bag Codes may not be
transferred, sold, bartered, auctioned (including through Internet auction sites), given away,
traded or obtained through any source other than through the methods described in these
Official Rules. All submitted Bag Codes become property of Sponsor, and will not be returned.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the prize. Prize
winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize, if applicable. No cash
equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No
transfer of prize is permitted. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either
expressed or implied by Sponsor, except manufacturer’s standard written warranty included in
the prize packaging. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If prize, or any portion thereof,
cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another
prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as
planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (a) disqualify any individual who is responsible or
who tampers with the operation of the Promotion, and (b) cancel, modify or terminate the
Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes among all
eligible, non-suspect Plays received prior to cancellation. This Promotion is offered only in the
United States and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and
obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of
law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the
federal, state and local courts for Collin or Dallas Counties, Texas.
