To Look Up a Utility Bill
Click on the Utility Bills option. An inquiry search screen appears.
Enter one of the following:


Account number
Address (street name must be in CAPITAL letters)
Note: If you do not enter a street number the inquiry will return all accounts on that street
Click on “Search”
Please be patient. There are a large number of records that must be
searched to process your request.
To view bills when the search results are displayed, click on “Manage Bills” in the column to the
right.
Outstanding bills will be displayed on the next screen.
From this screen you may access the ‘bill details’ as well as ‘Show Past Bills’
Using the choices on the left-hand side of the screen below Manage Bills
you can view the:
