Section 1 – Termination of player’s contract
1.1
The Club and the Player have agreed to terminate the player’s contract
that exists between the parties (hereinafter called the Player’s Contract)
on the Termination Date.
Section 2 – Due pay, etc., and holiday allowance
2.1
The Club shall pay the Player and the Player shall qualify for holiday leave in accordance
with the Player’s Contract up to and including the Termination Date. The Club shall settle due
pay, bonuses and other remuneration agreed in the Player’s Contract with the Player in the usual
way in accordance with the Club’s normal payroll runs and other payment routines unless otherwise
agreed in Section 6 below. The Club shall also carry out a conventional calculation of holiday allowance on termination and transfer the holiday allowance due to the Player to FerieKonto no later than
10 days after the Termination Date.
Section 3 – Player’s license
3.1
The Club shall hand the Player’s player’s license over to the Player or a recipient designated by the
Player on the Termination Date.
Section 4 – Sign off fee
4.1
The parties must tick whichever of the following alternatives applies (and enter the amount, if
applicable):

Section 5 – Compensation for training/development and solidarity payment
5.1
The parties must tick whichever of the following alternatives applies:

question in the event of the Player subsequently signing for another club/other clubs.

Section 6 – Special agreements
6.1
The parties have made the following special agreements in connection
with the termination:
Section 7 – Right of cancellation
7.1
The Player shall be entitled to cancel the agreement in so far as the Club reserves the right in Section 6 above
to demand payment in the event of the Player subsequently signing for another Club to an extent that
exceeds the Club’s right to compensation for training and development and/or a solidarity payment in accordance with the transfer rules of FIFA or DBU in force at the time in question or otherwise reserves rights
with regard to the Player’s future employment. The right of cancellation shall expire seven days after the
agreement is signed, but no sooner than three working days after the agreement to terminate is submitted
by one of the parties to the Players Association, a lawyer chosen by the Player or the Player’s licensed players’
agent with a view to the Player obtaining advice.
Section 8 – Disputes
8.1
The provisions of Part 4, Section 4, of the standard player’s contract shall apply correspondingly.
Section 9 – Approval
9.1
9.2
The validity and commencement of the agreement shall be conditional upon the approval of DBU’s Administration.
The provisions of Part 4, Sections 5-6, of the standard player’s contract shall apply correspondingly.
Section 10 – Players’ agents
10.1
The following options are to be ticked and completed by the parties and any players’ agents involved, who
must also each confirm by signing the contract that they are familiar with the players’ agents rules of FIFA
and DBU and that the information given below is correct.
