Archery is a fun way to exercise the mind as well as the body, developing a steady hand, a good eye, and a disciplined mind. Art: Come create the Thing Come and explore your creative side by expressing yourself using art as a medium. Creative Writing – Explore your Expressions Writing workshops allow students to explore the art of storytelling. All campers experience the joy of creating and publishing their original work. Letterboxing is a new kind of exploration that allows students to seek out hidden letterboxes by using problem skills to follow the clues leading to the hidden treasure. Students solve and follow clues to find a hidden "treasure" -- containing a stamp and a logbook. Transportation Students will be picked up at various sites around the district. Information about pick-up locations and times will be provided only for students requesting bus transportation. Students must be at the bus location promptly for the morning pick-up. The bus cannot wait for students without being late to other campuses. Many campuses may not have personnel on duty; therefore, it is very important that parents stay with the students in the morning and be waiting for the students when camp dismisses. You cannot just drop them off! Students are returned to the same campus where they were picked up. Choose your Adventure Students will select 1 course from each category and a 4th Wildcard selection from any category to be used if the first 3 choices are full.
