REGION OPERATIONS 1 Provides the Region Committee with adequate and timely information for decision - making. 2 Develops an agenda and organizes meetings for the Region Committee. 3 Facilitates a sound Committee/Staff working relationship through communications, authority and responsibility, and an environment which values trust, cohesiveness, respect, integrity and perspective sharing. COOPERATIVE RELATIONSHIPS 1 Maintains communication and coordination with Region members, affiliated coaches groups and individuals impacting fine arts and athletic activities. 2 Maintains necessary communication and coordination with the Minnesota State High School League. 3 Develops a sense of teamwork among the Region Committee and Activity Directors.
