I. REGION OPERATIONS
1 Provides the Region Committee with adequate and
timely information for decision - making.
2 Develops an agenda and organizes meetings for
the Region Committee.
3 Facilitates a sound Committee/Staff working
relationship through communications, authority
and responsibility, and an environment which
values trust, cohesiveness, respect, integrity and
perspective sharing.

Region
