expressly release the AmCAP Tiffany Plaza, LLC. AmCap Properties Inc from any liability for such loss, injury, or accident, and agree to
provide and pay for my own insurance. I also realize that Fresh Fish Inc. and its owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, or
theft. I release Fresh Fish Inc. from any liability. I understand and agree that absolutely NO Alcohol shall be consumed in the parking lot
at any time during the event. Alcohol may ONLY be consumed that is purchased on the patio or in the Proof or Fresh Fish Company.
