Schedule for the day:
7:45 AM: Registration & Breakfast - Ladies Golf Shop will be open
8:00-8:45 AM: Get to know your teaching professional & Opening Remarks
9:00-9:20 AM: Health and Wellness Activity - Get your body moving with Janine Young from Elite Golf and
Fitness on the range – 10 Exercises in 10 minutes to get your body ready for golf and life!
9:20-12:00 PM: Instructional Stations and On Course Play
New & Beginner golfers will rotate through instructional stations (Putting, Chipping, Pitching, Full Swing,
Sand, Rules & Etiquette and how to play the game.)
Intermediate & Advanced golfers will be on the golf course with their Teaching Professional. On course
instruction may include course strategy, bunker play, green side shot strategy, rules and etiquette. Instruction will
be based up skill level and questions the group wants to cover.
12:20-1:20 PM: Luncheon with Keynote Speaker - Ladies Golf Shop will be Open
1:20-4:20: Instructional Stations and On Course Play
New & Beginner golfers will be on the course with their Teaching Professional. Topics will be basic rules &
etiquette, pace of play and will have an opportunity to put into action what was learned in the morning. Format for
play will be fun with no pressure.
Intermediate & Advanced golfers will rotate through instructional stations with their Teaching Professional.
Stations will include putting with green reading tips, chipping, pitching, full swing analysis with video opportunity &
topics which were not covered in the morning on course session.
4:30-5:30: Networking Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Teaching professional will give a daily
wrap-up and action plan. Ladies Golf Shop will be Open.
Cost per attendee is $400 and includes:
*Breakfast, Lunch and Networking Reception
*Personalized small group instruction with LPGA or PGA female teaching professional on all aspects of the game
including putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, on course strategy, rules and etiquette & health and wellness.
*On course instruction with friendly competitions and prizes.
*Complementary gift bag including a shirt and hat or visor.
*Personal assessment and plan for improvement from your teaching professional.
*A chance to play KC premier golf course, Shadow Glen.
*Opportunity to shop in the Ladies Only Discounted Golf Shop on the day of the event.
Golfers of ALL skills levels, including someone who has never picked up the club, are welcome and
encouraged to attend. Attendees will be grouped with others of the same skill level so the learning experience is
comfortable and fun for everyone. Each group will have their own LPGA or PGA female teaching professional for the
entire day! The KC Women’s Golf Clinic will be a very unique experience which has never been offered before in the
KC area. Our Mission is to promote women’s health and wellness though the game of golf and encourage new
females to participate in the game. Portions of the proceeds from the event will go to support Rose
Brooks (a local domestic violence shelter) & WIN for KC (local organization supporting women’s and girl’s athletic
development). Entry Fees and Sponsorships will be tax deductible.
