understand that the purpose of this program is to grow and develop Christ-like character and
vision for the glory of God and for a lifetime of fruitful ministry wherever He leads me. I
understand that it is a work/study program and that I will be working a set number of hours
each week. I also understand that I will be joined to a discipleship team as part of the
program, and I will do my best to support the team and be a vital contributor to it. In addition,
I will cooperate with the leadership and the authority of The Navigators. By God’s graces, I
will seek to be a positive influence at this program.

2) After submitting your application, please pay the $100 non-refundable application fee by
clicking the “Pay $100 Program Deposit” link.
3) Make sure to let your staff or ministry leader know that they must complete a reference for
you. The link to that is on the same page.
*NOTE: Your application will be considered incomplete until all 3 of the above steps have
taken place.
