In the month of May, let us learn from Mary’s example.
Let us try to put others’ needs first, demonstrate
compassion and caring and pray for those who need the
divine intervention of our Mother of Perpetual Help.
Mary, Mother of Jesus, pray for us.
Monday Money: Term Three payments due. Please don’t fall
into arrears, contact the office staff to make arrangements
that suit. We depend on Monday money to help fund trips,
snacks, medals, coaches etc. All children benefit.
Sports Day: Sports Day will take place on 26th of May
at Carrick Rugby Club. The day will be split into 2 sessions.
Each child will be involved in at least two events
having participated in a variety of activities over the week.
P1 – P3 @ 9.15am-10.45am
P4 –P7 @11am-12.30pm (KS2 children to arrive for 10:45am)
Parents are welcome to leave after the first session or stay
for the remainder of the day. More details will follow closer
to the time.
Carrick Festival: Congratulations to all of the children who
took part in the Festival this year.
Trocaire:
Thank you for your support for our many fundraising events
over the Lenten Period, we managed to raise £900 pounds.

Global Learning Programme:
St Nicholas’ has been awarded ‘Level Two’ in the Global
Learning programme. Thanks to Mrs Byrne for co-ordinating
the programme on behalf of everyone at St Nicholas’. We
hope to move further through the programme in the future.
