You can purchase these toilets from a variety of retailers, including your vendor or distributor. 5. Submit project completion information, which will be included in the authorization letter, along with receipts. 6. Receive check for up to $200 per toilet (less if toilet cost is less). Eligible costs include toilet bowl and tank, wax ring, bolts, tax and installation.
