REALTOR PROCEDURES
Listing Agent must submit the MLS sheet for the property listed for sale. The
P.O.A. will assign a code to the property it will remain active for 90 days. It is
the responsibility of the Agent to update the listing with our office if the
property has not sold within the 90 days.
Open House – Gates will be open the 2nd Sunday of each month from 1pm3pm. If the Sunday falls on a Holiday, it will be the following Sunday.
Open house & arrow signs are permitted at this time only.
HOMES - FOR SALE signs must be placed inside the window of the home.
LOTS – Property for sale signs are not permitted. Signs no larger than 16”x20”
identifying lot & section number only are permitted.
Showing of Real Estate at Raintree Plantation requires at least one of the
following to be accompanying a buyer, or an investor.
a. The Property Owner
b. The Property Owner’s Listing Agent/Realtor
c. The Buyer’s Agent/Realtor
USE OF POA PROPERTY and it’s amenities is not an entitlement for anyone
other than Property Owners. Property owners are responsible for their guest
and must accompany their guest at all times while inside the community
gates. Unaccompanied use of the beach, parks, lakes, etc., by a contractor,
i.e., Realtors, is not allowed.
