Set the practicing physicians aside and focus on Resident
applicants.

Most residency programs allot a specific day and time each
week to provide their residents additional resources and
non-clinical education.

Many of the residency programs are bringing in thought
leaders to provide added value presentations.
Objective is to request the person
in charge of facilitating residency
program.

 Request email/phone number
 Get buy in from candidate, ask
them if you can use their name
