President – Open End of Season









Prepares agenda for and runs Board Meetings
Oversees the operation of the club
Manages the drug testing program
Coordinates with WHS and Athletic Dept staff as needed
Manager of the coaching staff
Backup to the Treasurer for the payment of the club’s
bills
Manages all player hardship situations
Works with coaching staff to execute Club’s scholastic
policies
Insures all players have a valid USLacrosse membership

Prepares the annual budget for the call-out
meeting in November
Recommends to the Board the amount for player
fees for the season
Tracks all the financial transactions
Maintains player account records
Pays all the bills
Arranges to have the refs and EMT paid at each
home game

VP - Communication





Responsible for all communication to club members
Responsible for taking minutes to all board meetings
Responsible for maintaining all contact lists – e-mail and TeamSnap
Responsible for creating and sending announcements to WHS
Responsible for coordinating with local press to get club exposure
VP – Fundraising





Determines how many and which fundraising activities to pursue
during the year
Plans, communicates and coordinates the activities for each
fundraising event
Records the fundraising results for each player, and provides the
Treasurer with the report
Insures that all monies collected during the fundraising events are
given to the Treasurer on a timely basis
Responsible for Spiritwear, Warrior Jacket, etc. orders

VP - Facilities and Club Assets
 Arranges for the use of WWS facilities with WWS facility
coordinator
 Manages the disbursement, and return of all the club
equipment
 Arranges alternative sites for practice –works with WWS
facilities coordinator
VP - Purchasing
 Manages all the club's purchasing needs
 Purchases uniforms, game day polos, shooter shirts, jackets
 Setups Drug Testing
 Setups Pictures
 Helps to Produce the Team Program and Sponsor Posters

VP - Field preparation
 Arranges Trainer with Westfield HS
 Responsible for transportation needs of the club
 Coordinates with Sodexo to insure field is open and
ready for games
 Gates and restrooms unlocked
 Scoreboard controller delivered and picked up
 Insures that stat keepers, scoreboard operators and
penalty clock are staffed for each game
 Insures water jugs and water bottles are clean and
available for each game
Committee Lead - Concessions
 Manages food and drink delivery for away games
 Manages home game concessions and inventory

Game Days
 Boys wear game day polos to school with either khaki pants or
shorts
 All players will be at both games
 For home games be at the field by the time indicated by the
Coaches
 For away games meet outside Door 13 to catch the bus


All players are expected to ride the bus to and from away games
All playing time and rosters set by the coaches. Rosters can
change thru the season
