Whitestar Organisation implements smart financial constituting that offers
sponsors a range of investment choices which includes the Platinum, Diamond,
Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honorary levels with very low risk profiles, with a
greaterreturns offering for your company a chance to invest in a community team.
Whitestar Organisation objectives is to enhance and promote education and
social inclusion through sport and personal development, the Organisation
endeavors to reach out to youths through sport or social activities. Whitestar as
an Organisation believes your sponsorship could play avital part in achieving both
our aims and objectives and supporting the growth of the youth in the community.
The Providing Sponsor will be presented with the option of enlisting their
company’sadvertisement on our sponsor page as a direct link with your
company’s details such as website or e-mail will be promoted through our site.
Whitestar FC is recognised within the community as our website reaches a widerangingvolume of views annually; we believe could benefit your company.
The Providing Sponsor will be invited to admire and observe their sponsored team
at matches and also any friendly games they compete in or any event the club
organises or part-take in. Whitestar provides a good opportunity for companies
such as yourself and future prospective sponsors to acquire their company extra
visibility. Whitestar has over 200 registered players, parents, families, friends,
associates and visiting venues we compete at, as we believe provides you with a
great opportunity of exposure for your business as well as supporting a growing
local football team and aid in building a future for the youths of tomorrow.
2. Whitestar Structure of Sponsorship
Sponsoring Whitestar through these sponsorship structures is identified as Sport
Sponsorship which as stated highlights your companies support of enhancing
youths dream of obtaining the appropriate education and reaching their dreams.
It demonstrates a collectivemethod for your company or business to advertise
your products and services, by creating awareness on behalf of your company
within the general public. Being a sponsor helps nurture our clubs talents and
promotes their skills in both sports and education. Sponsoring the teams also
helps the team gain advantage in reaching their dreams and provides the
necessary funds to purchase / acquire facilities, materials needed for their
education in sport and learning as well as equipment’s. Searching for a sponsor is
quite overwhelming but is easily accomplished with Whitestar’s five levels of
sponsorships which are stated below.

3. Platinum Sponsor - £30,000 Contribution (5years)
A Platinum Sponsor’s name / logo will be promoted on Whitestar’s website, the
potential sponsor will be acknowledged as a “platinum sponsor” on the club
website.The sponsor will be enquired to sponsor the whole team for a period of 5
years. A contract provided by the club will indicate the length of time the sponsor
will be contracted to the club.
The contract presented will include the sponsorship of all team’s full kits,
consisting of team shirt/shorts/socks with their company logo / name printed on
the front for promotion purpose. Also the team’s training wear will apply which
consist of the team’s training tops/bottoms/socks/ jackets with the company logo
on the front of the training gear, along with team bags and education items such
as facilities and tools for learning.
Sponsor or sponsor’s representative will be invited to all teams’ affairs such as
tournaments, games or social events to identify their project with the club and
their chosen teams. A sponsor at no obligation may choose after “five years” to
renew their sponsorship commitment. Sponsors will be presented with a team
shirt with their printed company / logo as a welcome package from the club.
Whitestar FC being a non-profitable charity will offer your company a chance to
recoup your donation through obtaining your tax returns from HMRC for
sponsoring the teams.
4. Diamond Sponsor - £20,000 Contribution (4years)
A Platinum Sponsor’s name / logo will be promoted on Whitestar’s website, the
potential sponsor will be acknowledged as a “diamond sponsor” on the club
website. The sponsor will be enquired to sponsor the whole team for a period of 4
years. A contract provided by the club will indicate the length of time the sponsor
will be contracted to the club.
The contract presented will include the sponsorship of all team’s full kits,
consisting of team shirt/shorts/socks with their company logo / name printed on
the front for promotion purpose. Also the team’s training wear will apply which
consist of the team’s training tops/bottoms/socks/ jackets with the company logo

5. Gold Sponsor - £10,000 Contribution (3years)
A Platinum Sponsor’s name / logo will be promoted on Whitestar’s website, the
potential sponsor will be acknowledged as a “diamond sponsor” on the club
website. The sponsor will be enquired to sponsor the whole team for a period of 4
years. A contract provided by the club will indicate the length of time the sponsor
will be contracted to the club.

6. Silver Sponsor - £5,000 Contribution (2years)
A Diamond Sponsor’s name / logo will be promoted on Whitestar’s website, the
potential sponsor will be acknowledged as a “silver sponsor” on the club website
as the sponsor will be enquired to choose from two or three teams to sponsor
from the club’s teams ranging from U6 – U15’s teams. A contract provided by the
club will indicate the length of time the sponsor will be contracted to their chosen
team.
The contract presented will include the sponsorship of their chosen team’s full
kits, consisting of team shirt/shorts/socks/ with their company logo / name
printed on the front for promotion purpose. Also the team’s training wear will
apply which consist of the team’s training tops/bottoms/socks/ jackets with the
company logo on the front of the training gear, along with team bags.
Sponsor or sponsor’s representative will be invited to all teams’ affairs such as

7. Bronze Sponsor - £500 - £1,000 Contribution (1year)
A Bronze Sponsor’s name / logo will be promoted on Whitestar’s website, the
potential sponsor will be acknowledged as a “bronze sponsor” on the club
website as the sponsor will be enquired to choose from one of the teams to
sponsor from the club’s teams ranging from U6 – U15’s teams. A contract
provided by the club will indicate the length of time the sponsor will be
contracted to their chosen team.
The contract presented will include the sponsorship of their chosen team’s full
kits, consisting of team shirt/shorts/socks/ with their company logo / name
printed on the front for promotion purpose. Also the team’s training wear will
apply which consist of the team’s training tops/bottoms/socks/ jackets with the
company logo on the front of the training gear, along with team bags and
education items such as facilities and tools for learning.

8. Honorary Sponsor
Honorary sponsorship is a free based sponsorship, Whitestar would accept
however if the company information needs advertising on our club website
Whitestar would charge a reasonable amount which will be made payable to our
charity and a donation offer would be welcomed. The honorary sponsor will
receive a certificate of appreciation from Whitestar to the company for this
service they provide. Whitestar would require the sponsor’s name with brief
information to enlist in our website and also help in promoting their businesses.
In conclusion Whitestar Organisation aim is to empower the youth in the
community to deviate away from the troubled society. The use of knife and guns
are a problem in our society, so Whitestar fights against these issues by offering
the youths a chance of living a good life through sports and education to educate
them about the basis of life. The organisation tackles all these areas and
encourage all youths in the community to be more positive in choosing the right
path to success and safe living.
