GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
Prices
1. All transactions are charged at the prices prevailing on the day of the transaction.
2. This price list supersedes all previous price lists and the company reserves the right to alter the above prices
without prior notice.
3. All prices include VAT at prevailing rates.
4. All fees and charges are payable in advance.
5. Boatyard work and marina services outside office hours will be subject to a surcharge.
Credit Accounts
1. Customers wishing to open a credit account will be required to provide proof of residence and will be subject to
credit checks.
2. In the event that payment is not received when due the company reserves the right to charge interest and/or
withdraw the credit facilities and future services.
Payment
1. Payment can be made by cheque, direct debit, bankers draft or through BACS. The company's bank account is
with HSBC. The sort code is 400328 and the account number is 62133792.
2. Payment by Credit Card is subject to an administration charge of 1.2%.
3. Cash payments are not accepted for amounts above £500.
Terms of Business
1. All services are subject to the following Premier Marinas Limited terms of business copies of which are available
at your marina reception and at www.premiermarinas.com :
a. The Conditions of Wet and Dry Berthing;
b. The Premier Marinas (Eastbourne) Limited Regulations; and
c. Sovereign Harbour Boatyard Terms and Conditions.
