INTRODUCTION
MANA is an association of manufacturers and manufacturers’ agents. The James J. Hill Center has a
membership, allowing our patrons to use MANA’s “Rep Finder” feature to find representatives based on
product category and geography. Rep profiles include contact information (including email addresses),
territory, products sold, typical customers, and more.

GETTING STARTED
Access the database through the Database Access page. Ask a librarian to log you in, then click the Rep
Finder link.
REP FINDER

Click Start Your Search.

Check the box next to all product classification(s) that apply to you, then hit Continue.

Check the box next to all states or countries in which you would like to find agents to sell your
product, then hit Continue.
RESULTS LIST AND SAVING YOUR RESULTS



Your search results will now be available to view. The number of records available is displayed in
the upper right, and the total number of pages of results in the center.
To download your list, click Download Excel File.
To view an individual agent’s profile, click View Profile to the right of that agent’s name.
