POLICY: Promotions and Advertising through ICCPR Website Content of Advert: ICCPR will consider the posting of adverts for education or researchservices or positions, respectively, if they can prove to be directlyrelated to the aims outlined in the ICCPR Charter (http://globalcardiacrehab.com/practice/). These can include specialisttraining courses or research projects and/or studentships. Contentproduction will be kept to a minimum of no more than three shortstatements about the service or position being offered along with acontact address, telephone and/or weblink. ICCPR will also need to besatisfied that the content of the information on the advertiser’s ownwebsite does not in anyway contravene the values and aims of the ICCPR and the World Heart Federation (of which ICCPR is a member). Fees: Free of charge for courses, service development or researchprojects/personnel/studentships, which are clearly being offered by a"Foundation Member” of the ICCPR. $200 (Cdn) per annum as a single payment made in advance, for courses, servicedevelopment or research projects/personnel/studentships which are offeredby a recognised educational/research institution or society. Qualifying status: The Executive Board may request proof of legitimacy/documentation orrelated letters/communications of the advertising organisation as part ofthe decision to post an advert on its website. ICCPR provides no guaranteeof successful outcomes from the posting of adverts and takes no responsibility of failures or liabilities that may arise from the postingof an advert. Compliance: Failure to comply with the above policies will result, without prejudice,in the immediate removal of the advert from the ICCPR website. V1. July 21, 2016
