Children’s
Centre is at the centre of
the community of Tupsley
located within the local
primary
school.
The
centre is host to a number
of services.
Baby Discover
Sessions are run by The Creation
Station , at baby discover you can
create treasured memories,
keepsajes and frindships. Developed
to help your baby discover the world
for babies aged 5 months –
15months. Book a place with Alison

Let’s Play
.
A variety of play activities available for
children including messy play, songs
and music, creating artwork with
modelling clay, paints, junk modelling
and outdoor activities. Parents/Carers
have opportunity to meet other
parents and Children’s centre workers
are on hand to provide and
information you may need in regards
to your child or family.
Baby Massage
Learn through techniques to help your
babies sleep better, relieve colic and
stimulate and strengthen primary
systems. Gain a bond with parents
and babies too. £20.00 for a 4 week
course.
Health Visitor clinic
A weekly group for families with
children aged 0-4 years, where a
health visitor is there to support you
and answer any questions on the
health and well being of your child.
Weighing is available at these
sessions, no appointment required.
This is a drop in group run with the
children’s centre staff and community
nursery nurses offering a variety of
play session.
If you require further time with a
health visitor due to issues addressed
then these can be booked with your
own Health visitor.
Little Explorers
Help your child develop essential
early learning skills through fun,
educationsal creatuve activities. Lots
of fab fun to share with your child.
Designed to inspire children aged 15

Let’s talk with your baby (Elklan)
A programme for parents and children
(aged 3 – 12 months) to enhance
children’s speech, language and
communication skills.
Baby Let’s Play
Come and explore the ‘Baby Cave’,
this offers your baby a rnage of
sensory experiences. Children’s
centre wokrers are present at this
group, if you require any information,
advice or guidance. It runs along side
the helaht visitor clininc so as you can
also get your baby weighed and
discuss any health concerns with a
health visitor.
Family and Children’s Information Services provides information on all registered Childcare and Early Years Provision in
Herefordshire.
