TSE GameTime ScriptPRO Testimonials
Vancouver Canucks
I have to say that after working at the Olympics using Excel, I never want to stop using GameTime PRO. It's
so much easier to manage everything, especially with so many scripts to work on and so many elements.
-Cam Goudreau, Manager of Game Entertainment and Events
Arizona Cardinals Football Club
“I am an enthusiastic supporter of TSE Game Time software. We have a very fluid and dynamic game presentation. Lot’s of moving parts, inventory, entertainment elements, sponsorship commitments, etc. Elements are
moved from one break, in a particular quarter to a completely different quarter and break. Using TSE has eliminated confusion and frustration regarding these last second modifications. (Not to mention reducing intercom
chatter by an order of magnitude.) Game preparation and planning has been streamlined and simplified
and distribution of information has become a snap. (No more jumping from MS Word to Excel and back
again. Plus, both scripts and production schedules are automatically updated.) Because it is web based, there
is no need to send a master copy and every update to everyone involved. They simply log on and have access
to the most up to date version. And everyone can make their own modifications, as needed and allowed. I can
also work on the show from anywhere, anytime. All I need is my laptop and a connection.”
-Michael C. Conner, Video and Scoreboard Operations Manager
Purdue Boilermakers
“I deeply appreciate TSE’s commitment to customer satisfaction. TSE consistently goes the extra mile. TSE
has been very open to constructive criticism about the GameTime program and diligent in working on
solutions to our concerns. We could not ask for a better partnership.”
-Stephen D. Hall, Director
New Jersey Ironmen
“GameTime has been an amazing tool. It not only saves me hours of time putting together my game
scripts, but it allows me to multitask. I now have more time to go out and sell sponsorships…”
- Jim Gooley, Director of Game Operations

common options for this are Pre-game, In Game, Post-game,
As Happens, or Drop Ins




Pre-game: The element occurs before the game
In Game: The element occurs during the game
Post-game: The element occurs after the game
As Happens: This is a spontaneous event in a game, but also
something that is likely to occur. Examples include: foul balls,
goals, touchdowns, and 3-point baskets, etc.

Drop Ins: The element is used as a time-filler in the instance of dead air time.
Specifically…
The Specifically box allows you to enter the
specific timing information for the element. After the time frame is
selected from the “ O n Game Day, this happens… ” drop-down menu, you
can select the specific time or time segment for the element.
You can also select the Load Order for that element within the selected
segment. A load order of 0 will automatically place the element directly
under the chosen segment in desired Production Schedules.
Example: Anthem happens Pre-game. The Pre-game time frame allows you to set the number of hours: minutes: seconds
Before or After a Pre-game time segment. If The Anthem begins 45:00 minutes “ After ” PREGAME Begins. ” The Anthem
element will then automatically load into the desired Production Schedules at 45:00 After Gates Open.
If Pre-game is chosen as the time frame, the Specifically
option becomes a drop-down menu of the time segments in
your pre-game time segments ( major benchmarks ) .
If In Game is chosen as the time frame, the
Specifically option becomes a drop-down menu of the time
segments in your game or event.
If Post-game, As Happens or Drop Ins are chosen as the time
frame, the Specifically option becomes a drop-down menu of all
Post-game Segments, As Happens or Drop Ins segments alike.

Production Schedule, most changes made will apply to all FUTURE games that have already been created, but not completed.
The changes that will NOT apply include changes to the specific time and specific dates made in the Timing tab. It is important
to understand that at the time a Production Schedule is created, Elements from the Well of Elements are copied into the
Production Bucket as well as automatically loaded into the desired Production Schedules based on the information located in
the timing tab. If the specific time information or specific date information is changed in the Well of Elements after the Production Bucket is loaded, those changes will not apply.
