Minutes of Annual Meeting of Painters Ridge Residents
April 15, 2015

The input given by Residents and others attending the meeting, and
the actions, decisions, discussions, and matters considered by the
Residents attending the meeting are in italics.
1.
Call meeting to order - (President Brust)
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Brust.
2.
Certification of notice of Annual Meeting and ratification of quorum - (Manager – John
O’Conner)
Community Manager John O’Connor confirmed that, including proxies received
prior to the meeting, a quorum of homeowners were present. Twenty-Eight (28)
Lots were represented either in person or properly executed proxy. Notice of this
meeting was mailed first class mail to all homeowners of record.

Approval of April 2015 Annual Meeting minutes - (Residents)
The minutes from the April, 2014 Annual Meeting were approved unanimously.
4.
Presentation of activities and accomplishments of the Painters Ridge Owners Association
April 2014 through April 15, 2016. - (President Brust)
Dick Brust presented a comprehensive review of the accomplishments of the past
year.
5.
Election of Directors (2 vacancies) – (President Brust)
President Brust advised the homeowners that 2 board positions were up for
election and that the Association had received the name of two homeowners who
desired to be nominated for the positions. The homeowners were Charles
Hackard and John Topolnicki. The floor was opened for additional nominations
and none were proposed. A motion to close nominations was approved
unanimously
Since it was a non-contested election, upon motion, Mr. Hackard and Mr.
Topolnicki were elected unanimously by acclamation in lieu of casting ballots.
6.
Election of Painters Ridge Delegate – (President Brust)
Arlin Shepard had been nominated. The floor was opened for additional
nominations and John Mansfield was nominated. Written ballots were cast and
Arlin Shepard was elected to the one year term.
7.
Financial report - (Manager – John O’Conner)
Community Manager John O’Connor reviewed the financial statements dated
March 31, 2015.
8.
OLD BUSINESS – (Directors & Residents)
There was no old business presented.
9.
NEW BUSINESS – (Directors & Residents)
There was no new business presented for discussion or approval at the meeting.
10.
Adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
