Eligible users will be rewarded with 106 Promotion Points per eligible product sold.
Points will be deposited in eligible user’s account after claim approval on a monthly basis. Promotion
concludes once 200 NDE locks are purchased, or by December 31st 2016, whichever comes first.

Allegion reserves the right to amend or cancel the program at any time, upon written notice to the
User. In the case of dispute over program rules and measurement, Allegion’s interpretations and
decisions will be final. The value of all awards earned in this program are considered taxable income.
Users are responsible to pay applicable federal, state, and local taxes when the total fair market value
of the award earnings exceeds $599.99 in the calendar year. For tax and reporting purposes, a 1099
form will be mailed to the User in accordance with IRS rules & guidelines. Users must be Eligible
based on the conditions set forth in the program rules at the time of award issuance in order to be
eligible to receive the award. All claims must be approved by Allegion and are subject to a random
audit.
All claims must be submitted no later than 4/1/2016 to qualify for the promotion. Invoices must be
sent for claims processing 1 week prior to meet this deadline.
