BASKETBALL CAMP THIS YEAR WILL BE AT CLEAR CREEK HIGH SCHOOL.
OBJECTIVE:
Wildcat basketball camp teaches basic basketball fundamentals in an active learning environment. Our coaching staff,
consisting of Clear Creek coaches as well as college players, has been busy developing numerous camp activities to
ensure your child has a great time, learns basketball fundamentals, improves skills and increases knowledge of the
game. We pride ourselves in providing campers with a very informative camp, as well as an environment in which
they will enjoy the game.

Clear Creek High School is undergoing some construction and the
completion of the new floor in Carlisle is scheduled to be finished on June
1st. If there are delays we will make announcements through mass email,
as well as, on our twitter account @cchoops and on clearcreekhoops.com.

absolve the Wildcat Basketball Camp and its staff members from any and all liability for injury or illness incurred at the camp.
Wildcat Basketball is not responsible for items stolen from or left by my child at camp. I give the staff permission to act for
me according to its best judgment in an emergency. I also certify that the above applicant has no physical problems which
would impede his/her participation at Wildcat Basketball Camp. All Medical expenses due to injury /illness suffered by the
camper while at camp are the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian of the camper.
