You are invited to attend the 7th annual Chaparral Invitational. The races will take
place Friday October 7th with varsity races under the lights and we hope to
create a great racing environment and one that the athletes will remember. Tshirts, concession, and fun will be available after and during the races.
WE HAVE ROOM FOR 20 HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS- priority will be given to
those teams that are running a Varsity, JV, and Freshmen Teams.

ENTRY FEES:
Junior High teams are $50.00 per Division – 10 bibs per team
Freshmen teams $50 per team
JV teams $75.00 per team
Varsity team $100.00 per team
AWARDS:
Medals will be given to top 15 in all divisions. Plaques awarded to top team in
each the middle school, freshmen and JV divisions. Trophies will be awarded to
the winning teams in the varsity divisions.
Refunds will not be issued for meet cancellation due of acts of nature or no
shows by a team.

COURSE:
Junior High 2 miles- All other Divisions will run the 5K course. The
course consists of grass, some gravel trail, and two pavement crossings
ENTRIES:
All Races will be chip timed. Ten bibbed entries will be given to each
middle school team, but you may race unlimited runners. Untimed MS
runners do not need to be added into direct athletics. The Freshmen and
JV divisions have unlimited entries. Varsity entries are limited to 10.
We will be sending out entry information for direct athletics the first
week of September when we return to school. Direct Athletic will open
for entries 08/21/2016
