Online Registration Instructions for Team Captains/Team Members
Online registration this year is being handled by RunSignUp, it is very simple to do.
Step 1: Go to https://runsignup.com/Race/FL/Naples/2013MoesCorporateRunWalk and click the

Step 2: If you are a CAPTAIN or just a TEAM MEMBER you need to first fill out your personal registration information in the screen shown below.
Step 3: If you are a TEAM MEMBER looking to join an existing team, skip to STEP 5, TEAM CAPTAINS, you should click “Create a New Team”
Step 4: Enter your Team/Business name and select the appropriate business category, check the default “Co-ed” option, meaning both males and
female can be on the team. Click CONTINUE to create your new team. You will automatically be a member of the team that you created. Captains
can now skip to STEP 6
Step 5: If you are a TEAM MEMBER and want to join an existing team, click “Join an Existing Team” and select your team from the drop down list.
Step 6: If you wish to make an optional donation to the charity the race helps support you can do that on this screen. If you do not wish to make a
donation simply click CONTINUE.
Step 7: If you are a team captain and wish to pay for your employees entry fees for the race, you can buy bulk entries on this screen. You will then
be sent a limited use code that your employees can use to register for the race for free. If you don’t need this option simply click CHECKOUT.
Step 8: Enter your credit card information to pay for your registration. You have the option to add/pay for another registration to the team by
clicking the ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT button. After clicking CONFIRM PAYMENT your registration is complete.
Online Registration Tips
If you are a Team Captain and creating a new team, that team will not be created until you complete and pay for your race registration.
If you want to verify that you are registered for a team or the race in general, you can do so by going to this link https://runsignup.com/Race/FindARunner/?raceId=4417 If your name is not on this list you are NOT registered for the event.
If you decide to pay for your employee entry fees with the bulk purchase option, you will be sent a code that allows those employees to register for
the race for free. Remember these employees still MUST register for the race and your team on the race web site.
Registration is $20 per employee up until one week before the event, the last week it increases to $25.
