According to the U.S. Forestry Service, the range is open and our privileges are now as they were prior to
the restriction of September 2016. But the lifting of the restriction only covers from December 9, 2016 to
June 30, 2017 and the U.S. Forestry Service still retains the right to close the range to shooting at any time
if it deems fire conditions warrant such a closure. Therefore, AF&G cannot guaranty that they will not
close us down again to shooting or when. The range may also be open beyond June 30, 2017 if the U.S.
Forest Service deems there not to be a fire threat.
New members must understand this fact before completing the application. Completing the application
for membership means you understand that the range could get closed again and that you knew this going
in.

MEMBERSHIP: A membership in the Arrowhead Fish and
Game Conservation Club is limited to persons 18-yrs of age
or older. Memberships run from January 1 to December 31
and are NOT PRORATED. There are two kinds of
memberships: 1) the single person - 18 yrs. and older. 2)
head of household-husband/wife and their children 17 yrs.
or younger. A member is entitled to the following: A) use of
the Club range Monday through Friday without charge
except when under supervision of Range Master or Club
official. B) use of the Club range (rifle, pistol, and shotgun)
Saturday and Sunday for the prevailing rate. Shooters must
register and pay before shooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS: Members must
maintain possession of their badge and key to the range at
all times. The key or badge must NOT be given to minor
family member or friends in order to allow these people to
use the range. BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP
YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME PERSONALLY
LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES
CAUSED BY YOURSELF OR ANYONE THAT YOU
ALLOW TO ENTER ONTO RANGE PROPERTY.
RULES:
1. Range officers, when present, are in complete charge of the range. 2. No
drinking, smoking, horseplay on the firing line. 3. Keep weapons pointed
down range at all times. 4. When targets are being placed, all shooters must
stand behind the link fence. 5. All weapons left unattended must be
unlocked and action open. 6. No tracers or armor piercing ammo to be used
on the range. 7. Use targets - not bottles 8. All shooter are required to clean
up their own debris and put it into the trash. 9. Only law enforcement
officers are allowed to wear a side arm. 10. Cards and keys in the
possession of non-members will be picked up and the member will be
subjected to expulsion from the club. 11. Members must wear their
membership badge and be prepared to show badges to the Range Master or
Club Officials. 12. When the range is unsupervised, members must lock the
gate upon entering and when leaving. 13. Do not walk on the berms: they
are for your safety. 14. The use of eye and ear protection is mandatory for
your own safety. 15. Key may not be duplicated. Family Membership
includes your spouse and children through age 17 only. Your
membership does not include any friends or other family members.
Non-members are not allowed on the Arrowhead Fish and Game range
property at any time except when the range is open and the Range
Master is present. Any violation of the rules and requirements of the
Arrowhead Fish and Game Conservation Club may result in
termination of your membership. Your application for membership
constitutes your agreement that: I have read all the rules and
regulations and I agree to obey all of them. I understand that I may not
allow any guest or other non-member onto the Range property at any
time except when the Range Master is present.
I have read the above information and Rules and agree to obey the Rules as a condition of my acceptance as a member. I understand that
non-members and guest(s) ARE NOT allowed on the range property except when the Range Master is present and the club is open for
business. I also agree and declare that 1) the benefits of membership and or being able to use the club’s facilities, even if on a temporary or
limited basis, represent good and valuable consideration and 2) that in exchange for such consideration, I hereby agree to INDEMNIFY
AND HOLD HARMLESS Arrowhead Fish and Game Conservation Club. Inc., its Officers, Directors, members, and shareholders, and their
heirs, successors, and assigns from any and all legal costs, including attorney fees and court costs, caused directly or indirectly by any and all
intentional acts or negligence that may be attributed to my actions or inaction, and those of the members of my party whom I deliver to the
club’s property or cause to utilize the club’s facilities or to enter club property. I further agree that any violation of the rules may ALSO
result in termination and permanent exclusion of membership. I understand that the U.S. Forestry Service can close the range at any time.
