Beginning in 2016, ETSU students will be able to access ticketing online, without
having to visit the Culp Center or stand in line to wait and pick up tickets!
1. Access the ETSU Online Ticket Office at ETSUBucs.com > Tickets >
BUY TICKETS ONLINE.
2. Click on the new Student Ticketing banner located at the bottom
of the page. This takes you to the Student Access Portal to
register your online account.
3. At the registration page,
enter your @ETSU.EDU
email address and click
“Activate”.
4. Once you have activated
your account, you should
receive an email containing
your online password.
You will only need to do Steps 1-4 one time. After that, you can go immediately to
the ETSUBucs.com online ticket page and login to get your tickets for future games.
5. Follow the link in the email, or go to the online ticket office login page and sign-in. You should also enter/
update your address and contact information at this time.
6. You can then select a student ticket to available games. Typically, student tickets will become available
beginning on Monday of the week PRIOR to the game.
7. Once you have selected your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF. That PDF IS
your ticket. You can either print it out, or show the E-Ticket on your smartphone. Either way, you MUST also
present your student ID at the gate. The names on the ID and E-Ticket must match for you to be granted entry
into the facility.
8. Beginning Monday of game week, if seats remain, student guest tickets will go on sale at a discounted price.
Students are allowed up to four student guest tickets. These guest tickets are handled in the same manner as
student tickets, and guests should enter the gate with you for name/ID verification.
Again, the name on those tickets must match your ID.
9. When, and if, all student seating is allocated and the student section is full; an email
notification will be sent to all students and the online system will display “Sold Out”.

GAME TIME App! The newly updated app also features information on shuttle service toand-from games, one-touch connects with ETSU Athletics’ social media, voting on
in-game happenings like music and contests; plus game times, and sport-specific news alerts.
