1. HERES HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The T-Mobile Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will take place at the T-Mobile
Store located at 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 (“Event Location”) between the hours of 9:00 AM
and 11:00 PM ET on 3/10/16 (“Event Period”) or while prize supplies last, whichever comes first.
Consumers who are 13 years of age or older who visit the Event Location during the Event Period are
eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Once at the Event Location, visit one of the VR Experience Stations
and complete the Samsung Gear VR demonstration. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal
guardian to participate in demonstration. You will then receive a Thank You Token to play the Giveaway at
the Prize Cube. Visit the Prize Cube, hand your Thank You Token to the T-Mobile representative and
select (1) box from the boxes available at the Prize Cube. You will receive the prize that is revealed inside
the box you selected, subject to verification and eligibility.
Thank You Tokens and prizes are available during the Event Period, while supplies last. Limit one Thank
You Token per person; limit one Giveaway play per person; limit one number selection per Giveaway play;
and limit one prize per person. Thank You Token and Prize are non-transferrable.
All prizes must be claimed at the conclusion of the interaction; UNCLAIMED AND UNDISTRIBUTED
PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
Employees of T-Mobile USA, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies
(collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same
household of each are not eligible to participate. Subject to U.S. law. Void where prohibited by law.
2. AVAILABLE PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): (7) Grand Prizes: A 3-day/2night trip for winner and a guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the Grand Opening of the T-Mobile Arena
on Thursday, April 7. Travelers will depart on April 6, 2016 and return on April 8, 2016. Prize includes
round-trip coach air transportation to Las Vegas, NV from the major airport in the 50 US/DC designated by
Sponsor, 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), (2) general admission tickets to
the grand opening event and $250 spending money (awarded to winner as a check). (ARV: $2,175 per
prize). If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 250 mile radius of Las Vegas, winner will receive $500 travel
stipend in lieu of air transportation. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not
specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, baggage fees,
souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Please
note hotels typically require a credit card on file for incidentals. Sponsor is not responsible for lost,
mutilated or stolen travel documents or concert tickets. Actual retail value of the prize will depend on
winner's point of departure/return. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Sponsor is not
responsible for postponement or cancellation of the event or issues arising from event venue operation and
management. In the event the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no
obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. (25) First
Prizes: A Samsung Galaxy GS7; color to be determined by Sponsor. Service is not included. (ARV:
$699.99 per prize). (50) Second Prizes: A Samsung Gear VR (ARV: $99.99 per prize). (50) Third
Prizes: A Samsung Tab A (ARV: $319.99 per prize) (50) Fourth Prizes: A Samsung Gear S2 Sport
(white) (ARV: $359.99 per prize). (50) Fifth Prizes: A Samsung Wireless Charging Pad (ARV: $49.99 per
prize). (50) Sixth Prizes: A Samsung Battery Charger Pack (ARV: $69.99 per prize). (1,000) Seventh
Prizes: A $10 T-Mobile Gift Card, card expires 90 days from date of issue; gift card terms and conditions
apply; gift card can only be used in T-Mobile stores (not online or over the phone). Prizes consist of only
the items specifically listed as part of the prize.
3. WINNER VERIFICATION: All winning claims are subject to verification. Noncompliance within any stated
time period may result in disqualification. If a potential US resident winner is deemed a minor in his/her
state of residency or if a potential non-US resident winner is under the age of 18 (collectively a “Minor”),
potential winner’s parent/legal guardian must sign any required prize documents on Minor’s behalf prior to
prize award. Potential First through Sixth Prize winners will be required to sign a Prize Acceptance
Form/Release (“Prize Documents”) in order to claim prize. If the potential winner’s parent/legal guardian is
not at the Event Location, potential winner will be required to have his/her parent/legal guardian sign the
Prize Documents and return them within 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), per the
instructions provided with the Prize Documents. Once verification is complete, prize will be shipped to
winner.
If potential Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on the dates specified (see Rule # 2), prize will be
forfeited. Potential Grand Prize winners will receive an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize
Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release along with a Travel Companion Release
(collectively “Grand Prize Documents”), which must be completed and returned within 5 days (including
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), per the instructions provided with the Grand Prize Documents. If a
potential winner/traveling companion is deemed a Minor, potential winner’s/travel companion’s parent/legal
guardian will be required to sign Grand Prize Documents on Minor’s behalf. Grand Prize winner’s traveling
companion must complete and return a Release of Liability within 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays) of winner’s notification. If potential winner is a Minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be
required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner’s guest. If a Minor is selected as a
traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required
travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on
dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Travel is subject to
availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Once verified, Grand Prize Winners will be notified by
email.
4. GENERAL RULES: No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable income taxes on prize and any expenses relating
to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will
more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If the Sponsor suspects that a participant attempted to
obtain additional Giveaway plays by using multiple registrations, identities or any other method, all
Giveaway plays by the entrant may be declared null and void. Participants/winners (and parent/legal
guardian if participant/winner is a minor in his/her state/country of residence) agree to release, discharge
and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or
claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by
the Official Rules and the Giveaway representative’s decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for
purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited
by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or
inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway materials and the terms
and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material
submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any
typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the
announcement of the prizes.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive e-mail. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or
the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s
control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or
terminate the promotion without any further obligation, except as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the
right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to
comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
5. WINNERS: To receive a list of winners of prizes valued at over $25, send an email to
[email protected] with WINNERS 7936 as the subject line. Requests must be
received by 3/25/16. Winners list will be sent after all winners have been verified.
