The 2014 “OME” charity golf tournament will be
held Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the Legendary
Oaks Golf Club in Hempstead, Texas. Open to
first 144 entries.
This event is being conducted to raise money to
help fund the programs operated by “OME” for
the benefit of America’s most seriously injured
and/or ill service members from all of America’s
combat arms who have served during
Operation Iraqi Freedom I & II, Operation
Enduring Freedom, Operation New Dawn and
other military operations that involve
deployments of U. S. troops. Through year-end
2013, OME has served and supported more
than 15,272 injured Warriors and family
members with much of that support coming
from the citizens and businesses of Hempstead.
Following the completion of play, there will be a
BBQ luncheon, a silent auction and a raffle in
the pavilion of the Legendary Oaks Golf Club.
There will also be various displays of interest to
golfers, sponsors and supporters. The BBQ will
be served immediately following completion of
play, estimated to be around 1:00 PM.

includes breakfast, round of golf for one
player, range balls, one raffle ticket,
goodie bag & BBQ lunch following
completion of play.
