COLOSSAL ROUND ROBIN SINGLES: This is a Mid-Florida Tour Event.
Total Prize money for all the events in this tournament will be $675
Players also win tour points which accumulate with each tournament entered during the TOUR Tournament series.
This event is scheduled for Saturday, August 5, 2017 with check-in and practice beginning at 8:00 a.m. and the tournament

Sanctioned by: USATT- All rules and regulations apply. This is a USATT sanctioned TWO-STAR Open Tournament.
Eligibility: Open to all members of the USATT. Non-members may join the USATT at the tournament site. Players may purchase a tournament
pass / Associate membership for $20
EVENTS:
COLOSSAL ROUND ROBIN Singles –44 player limit. Complimentary lunch, including bottled water or soft drinks will be provided for
registered players.

Entry Deadline: August 2, 2017 (Note: Only 44 players will be accepted for the Colossal Round Robin. The first 44 registered and
paid players will be accepted. Please MAIL entry form with entry fees for approved registration. Please notify us prior to the tournament
deadline date to request a refund in the event you have to cancel.
Mailed entries with the required entry fees will be registered according to their arrival date. Entry forms without payment may not be registered.

COLOSSAL ROUND ROBIN FORMAT - will be conducted in one stage. Players are ranked according to USATT rating and placed in 4 classes of
11 players (or lesser number of players if tournament is not full). This places the highest rated players in the Championship Class. Classes (in rating
order): Championship, Elite, Masters, Expert. Unrated players, or players with an estimated rating, will not be eligible for awards unless they
are playing in the Championship Class.
Procedures:
Each class will compete in a complete round robin (eleven players-in a full tournament). The winners will be determined based on
their playing record during the complete round robin for their particular class.
Equipment: USATT approved equipment will be used—2 Joola & 6 Butterfly tables & nets, White Nittaku 40+ Premium 3 Star Balls, wooden
gym floor.
Clothing: The USATT Dress Code applies. NO WHITE SHIRTS
AWARDS: Colossal Round Robin- Championship-1st-$300, 2nd-$150; Elite Class-1st-$50, 2nd-$25; Masters Class-1st-$50, 2nd-$25; Expert Class-1st$50, 2nd-$25 --Trophies to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in all events. This is an official USATT sanctioned TWO-STAR tournament.. Unrated players, or players
with an estimated rating, will not be eligible for awards unless they are playing in the Championship Class in the Colossal Round Robin
Saturday: Players may register beginning at 8:00 AM until 8:45 AM. Play will begin at 9:00 AM. Players not on time may be defaulted for the
entire event (and replaced by an alternate) at the discretion of the tournament director.
Practice: Saturday from 8:00 AM until 8:45 PM for practice & warm-up.

Take exit 345 (Bowden Road).
Turn Left on Bowden at bottom of ramp (you will be going under I-95).
Take right onto Cagle Street (less than a quarter mile),

Arrive at Pine Castle at 4911 Spring Park Road on the right (less than a quarter mile from University Blvd).
