a player is contacted by the opposition?

How do you score a point? Does a player have to
have one or two feet in the end zone?
Fouls
What counts as a foul in your game of Ultimate
Frisbee?
Substitutions
Can everyone rotate on and off the pitch when they
like? Is there a set time period a player is allowed
on or off the pitch for?

Spirit of the game
Ultimate Frisbee stresses sportsmanship and fair
play. How can you all show respect for each other,
adhere to the rules and enjoy the game? What are
the consequences if this isn’t followed?
Self-refereeing disputes
All players are responsible for their own fouls and
line calls so how will you all resolve any disputes
which may occur?
