TOURNAMENT FORMAT WILL BE ACCORDING TO FA RULES FOR THE VARIOUS AGE GROUPS
U7&U8 5 a side , U9&10 6 a side – Non Competitive, players will receive an individual participation award
U11&12 6 a side – competitive, awards for tournament winner and runner up
(Registration of Team Players to be made at least 15 minutes before above start times)
Our aim is to invite teams that we believe are of a fairly similar ability so that every team can enjoy the event and for
competitive age groups all have a reasonable chance of reaching the final stages of the tournament.
The Under 7,8,9 & 10 tournaments will be non-competitive with no knock out stages, players will receive a memento
of their day.
The U11 & 12 competition, preliminary games will be played on a league basis followed by knock-out rounds. There
will be trophies for the winners and runners up at each age group.
All age groups U7-U12 are for this season 2016/17 and are open to mixed teams of boys and girls as per FA rules.
We have had many favourable comments about the way that the tournament has been organised in the past. Last year
we had to reject some late entries due to the popularity of our tournament. We have to operate on a ‘first come, first
served’ basis, to save disappointment the earlier you apply the better your chance of getting a place in one of the most
popular tournaments in the area.
A full set of rules will be sent out with your acceptance notification.

me as soon as possible so your place can be secured.
