Further information, if required, can be asked by the DPI(Schools), UT Chandigarh for and on behalf of the Committee or the Committee may itself ask for any further information. 3) While giving information separate sheet(s) may be attached (if necessary) for giving information asked for in the aforesaid questionnaire/proforma. 4) The requisite information as asked for in this questionnaire/proforma should be sent to DEO, UT Chandigarh within 15 days of the receipt of the communication from the DEO for onward transmission to the undersigned. Cooperation of the School authorities is necessary for completing the task assigned by the Hon’ble High Court at an early date. 5) In future also whenever DPI(Schools) asks for any information for and on behalf of the Committee that may be supplied within the stipulated period. 6) Before the report as asked for by the Hon’ble High Court, is finalized by the Committee, representative of the School would be given an opportunity of putting his view point if considered necessary by the Committee at the venue at the time which will be intimated. 7) Other directions that may be given by the DPI(Schools) for and behalf of the Committee on the asking of the Committee or its Chairperson should be carried out by the School authorities within stipulated period. ________________________ Date:________ Signature of Head of Institution (with seal)
