How To Process a Housing Register Application
To Progress an Application from ‘Pending Enquiries’ to ‘Enquiries Complete’
The status of an application needs to be ‘Active’ in order for the Applicant to use the
website and to make requests for the various property advertisements.
After creating the application, the status is ‘Pending Enquiries’. After receipt of all the
relevant information and investigations required, the status needs to be set to
‘Enquiries Complete’. All enquiries and investigations should be recorded in the
CRM screen. See How to Add a Note and How to Add an Attachment.
The process for other status changes is the same as for enquiries complete. From
the ‘My applications’ exception the following status change can be done.
