Ordering new cards – Business Account
You can order additional cards for your account anytime from the online management tool. If
you are logged on to the online management tool, go to Step 3. If you are not already logged
into your account, go to businessaccount.premierinn.com.
Enter your ‘login name’ and ‘password’ and click on ‘proceed’.
This will take you into the password accepted screen which will then direct you to the online
management tool homepage.
From the left hand menu on the screen select ‘manage cards’, then from the options choose
‘add a new card’.
If you are the sole keeper of this card then select ‘yes’ on ‘this is my card’ option then the
details already held on this account will be used and the account username and password
will be required to authorise charges against this card.
If this card is going to be used by another user then select ‘no’ this will then display
additional fields to complete with details of the user. Once complete this will send an
automated email to the new card holder advising them that a card has been requested with
the unique registration code. Once you have received the card and handed to the new card
holder they will need to register the card with this unique code in order to activate it for use.
N.B. If they lose this e-mail, you can resend the authorisation code by inviting them to
register from the existing cards screen.
Enter the name you wish to be displayed on the new card. If required enter a card spend
limit for this card. You can also restrict the card usage by selecting restrict card usage option
and entering the dates that you wish for the card to be active.
If required, the card does not need to have a limit. If a limit is not needed, the cardholder will
be able to spend as long as there is credit on the online management tool homepage.
Once complete press ‘add this new card’ button.
This will bring you to the existing card screen where if you require another card you can
repeat the above process, if not the process is complete and all cards requested will then be
despatched within 5 working days.
