Which Offenders?
• All new registrations after 1st September 2016.
• Before 1st September any offenders who have
been on the cohort more than 6 months.
• Teams must decide but acknowledge that
organisation priorities differ.
• Cohort size should reflect resources
• Long term custody cases should be placed
outside the main ‘active’ cohort
