Doğa's Growth
Doğa Schools were founded with one campus in 2002. Since then, it has been working
constantly to actualize their vision and simultaneously increase their quality. During
2005-2006 it saw a significant growth and opened over 5 campuses in Istanbul. In
2008 it began opening Doğa Schools in various cities around Turkey. Within a few
years it saw a tremendous growth and success in Doğa and in 2013 it opened
additional 13 new campuses in Istanbul and there are 40 campuses in Istanbul alone.
In 2013 it also continues with the expansion throughout different cities in Turkey. In
the academic year of 2013-2014 Doğa has a total of 85 campuses in Turkey. As of the
academic year of 2014-2015 Doğa has more than 100 campuses in Turkey.

Project
PeakUp, a cloud born partner of Microsoft Turkey is also specialized on OSS workloads
on Azure. PeakUp recently completed migration of Doğa Schools’ website to Microsoft
Azure successfully. As part of this project, fully Open Source based website (CentOS
Linux, developed in PHP) moved from on premise environment to Microsoft Azure
Cloud platform. PeakUp also designed a disaster recovery and backup environment
again on Azure. Doğa Schools will see the benefits as a result of this project:

PeakUp also provided best practices, project management, knowledge transfer,
documentation and acceptance testing.

Applications and front-end services. We built production and disaster site together on

use Oracle BI environment, PHP coded web portals, Linux platforms on Azure. We are

Disaster Recovery scenario for Linux based workloads allows Doğa to be quickly
recover enterprise without having downtime no more than defined SLA.
