Secretary/DLM We are writing to let you know that all players who were registered for Summer League 2016 (either as a nominated team member or as a substitute) have now been moved to your subs listing for “Men’s / Ladies Summer League 2017”. They all appear in one alphabetical listing. All players who did not play Summer League 2016 and who wish to be eligible to play this year’s Summer League must be nominated either as team member or as a nominated sub. If you have any new members who are not already registered on DLTC Directory please ask them to register immediately by going to www.dltc.net and select DLTC Directory and then click on “Click here for new registration”. If you wish to register players yourself you may do so once you have their e-mail address. We remind you that there are FAQs and a DLTC League Management Guide available for your information by selecting “DLTC Directory” on our website as detailed above. For new DLMs please see attachment with details for input of teams and substitutes. To avoid omissions or errors we strongly recommend that the input of your teams and substitutes is checked by a second person. Please print a copy of your teams and substitutes for your own records. Please ensure that all Subs are allotted the appropriate “Lowest Class” (per Rule 22.10). ******* Please also ensure that Rule 32.3.3 (as approved at AGM 2017) is observed. ******* nd The final cut-off date for submitting all teams and subs is TUESDAY 2 May 2017 AT MIDNIGHT. The system will automatically cut off at this time and absolutely no amendments or additions will be accepted. We hope that the attached instructions enable you to successfully register all teams and subs. Please also ensure that all team captains’ details are input/updated per instructions in attachment. Secretary DETAILS FOR INPUTTING OF TEAMS AND SUBSTITUTES Inputting Teams and Subs When inputting above please follow the following procedures: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. Expand all teams and subs Press Ctrl+F and a search box will appear (either bottom or top left) Start inputting the name of the player and each occurrence of the letters will be highlighted Highlight the player name and click “M” (move) “Moving” will appear to the right of the players name “Move here” will appear to the right of each Team Heading Click the “move here” link opposite the team required The player will be moved to the team selected Highlight each player and edit to select “team position”. Press Save. Remember to select a captain for each team Substitutes: Highlight substitutes and edit to select “Lowest Class”. Press Save PLEASE DO NOT PRESS SUBMIT BUTTON AS THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY SUBMITS AT MIDNIGHT nd ON TUESDAY 2 MAY 2017. Team Captains Details Please ensure that all team captains phone numbers and e-mail addresses have been input on the DLTC Directory. This can be done as follows: Log in to DLTC Directory Select Member & Player Search Input Captains name (First name & Surname) Click on Search Scroll down and click “e” Scroll down and input/update phone number and e-mail address if not already input Press Save Button.
