Class 1: Your benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days month of
employment. You will need to elect your benefits prior to your effective date.
Lube Tech, CSA, Lead CSA, Operation Managers, Service Managers, and Interim
Managers
Class 3: Your benefits are effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
You will need to elect your benefits prior to your effective date.
Note: If you do not enroll by the deadline, your next opportunity to enroll will be at the next
annual enrollment unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
