How to Register Players
There are two ways that Tennis West accepts member registrations from clubs.
1. My Tennis – Online Registration/Renewal




Your club’s My Tennis administrator sets up membership categories and fees within the secure My Tennis
club portal and provides access for players to register online, alleviating the need for paper membership
renewal forms.
Members pay their fees directly to the club via cash, cheque, EFT or credit card (fees apply for credit card
transactions).
Your club’s My Tennis administrator will be advised by email when new online registrations are received,
with a member’s registration listed as ‘pending’ until approved by the club eg. when fees are received.
Online registration/renewal allows members to view and agree to the Tennis Australia Privacy Policy and My
Tennis Terms and Conditions during the registration process.
2. My Tennis – Backend Administration


Your club’s My Tennis administrator sets up membership categories and fees within the secure My Tennis
club portal and registers members when membership renewal forms and/or payment of fees are received.
Tennis West strongly recommends that clubs include the appropriate wording on membership renewal
forms and/or invoices to ensure clubs obtain member consent. This wording is available from Tennis West.
Benefits for Registered Members
Members with an Active (current) membership in My Tennis will be able to access a range of member benefits.
These benefits include:
 Ability to purchase tickets to the Australian Open and Australian Open Series events, including the Hopman
Cup, in a pre-sale, before they become available to the general public.
 Access to ballots conducted by Tennis Australia for highly sought after Grand Slam tickets.
 Ability to enter Tennis West sanctioned tournaments.
 Automatic cover for Personal Accident Insurance.
 Email communication from Tennis West regarding member benefits, and additional offers and information
if desired.
