CAMP FEES:
RMB 2,430 per week for AKS Members / RMB 2,580 for non AKS members
Including daily round-trip transportation, lunch, snacks and drinks
Participants should bring swimming suit and towel. Own tennis racquet is recommend.
*If you request an official Fapiao, there is an extra fee 6% on the top of your camp fee.

Puxi pick up: 8:15am at Shanghai Centre (Downtown: 1376 Nanjing West Road)
8:45am at AKS Office (Hongqiao: 3211 Hongmei Road)
Puxi drop off: 3:40pm at AKS Office, 4:00pm at Shanghai Centre

Camp Registration is made on “first come first serve” basis with payment be made at the AKS Office
together with the submission of the registration form in AKS office or by sending it in by fax or by email

to participate in the AKS-CETA Summer Camp program. In consideration of my child being allowed to
participate in this Summer Camp Programs, I hereby release AKS, CETA, British International School, Rancho
Santa Fe, their respective officers, employees and volunteers from any and all liability for any loss or
damage to personal property and for any claims or demands I may have on account of personal injury to
my child, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, which may arise while my child is
participating in any program affiliated with the AKS-CETA Summer Camp Program. I assume full
responsibility for any risk of bodily injury to my child or property loss or damage as a result of my child
participating in the AKS-CETA Summer Camp Program.
